Description

This may be one issue with bugged character restart or a bug spawn in Novy Sobor.

Twice now I have spawned, not on the coast, in Novy Sobor. New character, fresh spawn, seems legit(maybe not). After looting for a bit gathering supplies, I log off. Only to come back, to the same server, with a new character. No gear, on the coast.

Steps To Reproduce

I think it has something to do with spawning in Novy Sobor. It has not happened if I do not spawn there, that I can remember.
