After climbing the ladder up the apartment building i decided to take the stairs down ( i could not take them up due to gaping hole in first set of stairs) but when i got to the first floor flight of stairs i fell in to the adjacent room of the broken down stairs and i am unable to get out after many relogs. {F29107}

Steps To Reproduce
Climb up the apartment ladder and when possible get off and try going down the stairs and when you are at the bottom flight with the broken stairs, try jumping down and to the left into the adjacent room, it should get you miserably stuck.
Additional Information
if you continue left through the wall after getting stuck, you will fall under the building, ( like in the provided picture ) Maybe make a fixme command?

Confirmed. Although I was originally trying to go up the broken stairs and a zombie rammed me through the wall into the trap room.
Another player happened by and desync was enough to let me run partly through a wall so he could punch me to death. During the attempted death the server restarted and I found myself in the hallway and able to proceed normally.
