Upon launch through steam i get the following error: No Entry 'C:/Users/Mark/Documents/DayZ.cfg.3D_Performance'.

Now, where i already have 11 hours of time clocked on this, and i updated my graphics drivers the day i got Dayz, i know it's not that. I am well over the minimum and recommended system requirements. This just randomly started this morning when i tried to launch my Dayz. But before this happened, i noticed that the average ping for me on all servers, even East Coast which is where i am, is no lower than 150. This is very strange because for a while most servers were no
higher than 70. Even UK ones i got no higher than 105. I have a screenshot of the error as well. {F29100}
