If you use Drink action from your inventory item is automatically equipted to hands, if you do that from vicinity - nothing happens. And if you press "take <any drink item> to hands" it starts drinking.

Steps To Reproduce
- Find any drink ( can be canteen, can be water bottle, can be soda can, doesn't matter )
- Scroll and click Drink or open up inventory and right click/drink the item
- Nothing happens
- Scroll and choose "Take item to hands" or right click/take item to hands from inventory window
- Drinking starts
