Items reachable by player not seen within inventory

Description

Some items which are just in reach are not seen inside the player inventory this makes it difficult to see their condition.

Possible fix is to change the colour of text for the items so you can see their condition w/o accessing the inventory.

Yeah I'm kind of having difficulty describing this.. Basically you can press f to pick up the item but if you open your inventory you cannot see it?
..Hope that makes sense.

@sslemons It makes sense. I've had this specific problem in the barracs trying to grab some slugs laying on top of the blue locker.
