Happened twice. Once in an apartment building. Trying to walk through the door to the balcony and then glitched through the door, through the railing and 3 stories down to my death. Second time was in an empty warehouse and walking up on the second story, same thing happened, was turning around and started to move forward and glitched through the railing and 2 stories down to my death.
