I have searched very thoroughly through many, many towns, and have not found this pistol yet. Although i keep finding ammo, me and some others have speculated that maybe the spawn for the gun is bugged? With the amount of searching i have done, i think i would have found one by now, unless someone can provide screenshot evidence that they found one.
