Not sure why this happens but twice now i have been in a building, Usually a two story one, and it despawns around me. or I get moved outside of the building. This resulted in me falling to my death in both instances. Also ladders are still a major death trap. I have not yet died to one but come close on a few occasions. They are hard to target and one time my player moved off the building doing the get on ladder animation. The ladders on the container ship by berezino also chucked me off open reaching the top.
