Description

Sometimes when I find food, or medicine out while im looting, I'll press the action to "eat" or "consume" the item. After I use the action button I get no response. It seems to fix it when I interact with the item and then put it in my hand.

Steps To Reproduce

See consumable on ground
Walk up to it
Press action button to consume
Open up inventory
Interact with it again and select "Put x Into Hands"
The character will then start the the step 3 action.

Additional Information

Its just annoying that you cant walk up to an item and consume it instantly without having to deal with it.
