I snuck up on someone and cuffed them in elektro. As I was perusing his gear, he logged out. He immediately logged back in and killed me. I thought players were supposed to die when they log out while restrained. This along with the fact that dead bodies disappear when someone logs out makes restraining players pretty useless atm.
