I was climbing a ladder and it glitched and threw me back down and broke my leg. Went to crawl from Dubky to Cherno so I could look for a fix. Crawled about 100m or so when a zombie got randomly attracted. I attempted to go back to crouching and swing my axe. Fail. I went prone. Attempted to swing while prone. Fail. Attempted to stand and swing. Fail. I went back prone. Was then knocked unconscious and subsequently died.
