I stopped receiving thirst/hunger messages after login. No indication text in hud or nor in the inventory. Stayed liked this over two days on different servers with several relogs. Low health and no health recovery too.
Killing my char resolved it.

My Character doesn't seem to require feeding or watering even after sprinting constantly for 30mins.
Happened after I was hit by player with fire axe, and I fixed blood.
