after a friend cuffed me, tried to unlock them, and the key disappeared. I was able to break free, but not able to run, he said he still saw me on my knees, I was standing, but stuck in a slow walk. I also couldn't ready any weapons. this continued for 5 minutes before I disconnected and reconnected. immediately upon coming back in game, he said I was standing again, and I was able to jog, run, and handle items again.
