If you are damaged due to blurry vision, simply entering the video config menu will erase the 'blurry-ness' until you join another server or die. Making it a really easy exploit to survive.

I had a similar issue, but after completely healing with an IV, I still had some blur yet had color. To eliminate the blur, we disabled post-processing in the video configs and the blur was instantly gone.
