Can confirm, no need to run and jump, aslong the 'step over' height is high enough to make it and but high enough to enable the bug it enables the bug which puts your body half in the concrete of the store, allowing to clip through walls and if you have a backpack and look down it will look like a backpack being spawned on the ground ready to be picked up.
