I went up to zub because i had wanted to hold up there when i noticed that several items spawned underneath the floor of the second level, on attempting to collect the items by keeping my gear open and looking for a change in the vicinity items i was hoping to pick them up. I server hopped seeing if it was just the server i was on or zub in general, the problem persisted in every server i hopped to.

Same problem here, but not with spawning. I was on top of tower of castle, had one mosin in inventory and M4 in hands. I was thirsty so i dropped M4 and drank soda. unfortunately that M4 disappeared. When i was coming back downstairs i noticed that the m4 was under ceiling. there is no way how to retrieve these lost items
