It happens to me quite often. Sometimes, I can still press the button and log into a server. All the texture on the game flash.

I have a feeling this is caused by the game being out of focus. Normally you can also accept by pressing Enter.
Last time I did that I got an error from Steam trying to start DayZ (which it could not because it was already running). This causes me to think that DayZ was out of focus.
