I like to play on less crowded servers (<10 players), but everytime I join an "empty" or low populated server, the server seems to have 15-20+ players in it already.

Steps To Reproduce
Refresh the server browser--> Select a low population server--> When connecting check the player names in the top right of the screen, it should be a lot more than the server browsers claims.
