Top for the apartment blocks ladder to the roof. Once I've got to the top of the latter I Don't move onto the roof I drop to the bottom of the ladder. Result Broken leg.

repeated climbing the ladder same result. Second time = death
Same ladder attempted in Berezino and was able to get onto the roof and down with no issue.
