Cannot respawn using respawn button after death

Description

Whenever I die, I will go to the menu and click Respawn. I will get a message at the bottom left saying,

ready default!
scene ready...
testing 1 2 3

It will sit on the "Please wait..." screen until I leave the server. It is currently the only way for me to be able to respawn.

Steps To Reproduce

For me, anytime I die.

Ungolden set Category to Server.

Ungolden set Reproducibility to Always.

Ungolden set Severity to None.

Ungolden set Resolution to Duplicate.

Ungolden set Legacy ID to 292198331.May 8 2016, 2:59 PM
