Certain buildings seem to be loot-phobic. I've not seen a single item spawn in any of the houses with stone stairs on one side. The smaller log cabin may be the same, but I've only just realized it, will continue checking. Not sure if it is a bug or just some un-implemented part of the structure. Will continue checking them all for item spawns.
