On some buildings, if you place an item on the floor on the second floor, third floor, etc it falls through the floor to the first floor.

Steps To Reproduce
Go to the 2nd or 3rd floor of a building and through something on the ground (I used a medical kit). it falls through the floor to the first floor below.
