Description

My headset microphone doesn't work in DayZ, but it works everywhere else. I have tried to set it up through the ingame auto adjuster but it has never worked in any of the versions.

I have a Genius GX-Gaming Cavimanus Virtual 7.1 Channel Gaming Headset

I fixed it by going to my recording devices and setting the microphone as default and communications device.
