Player Visibility
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Today I was playing with my friend up at the Northwest airfield and discovered that player visibility is horrendous at more than a hundred metres or so.

I was unable to see anything more than the occasional wireframe shimmer of his player as he crossed the hangars and I overwatched from the southern barracks area. It looks similar to how the leaves of trees pop at distance when turning.

I can see zombies without issue at the same distance and further. {F28793}

I had the same problem. I resolved it by setting "Objects" from Very Low to High.

I know, not every computer can handle this. But I think: player-models should not be affected by the Object setting.
