Teleporting back to spawn location+Game freezes right after(Must ctrl alt del)!

Description

Recently I heard about this issue and now it haunts me..

I spawn in, run for about 15-20 minutes and all of a sudden it teleports me back to spawn point, freezing game.

Happened to about 5 different servers..is it because Im too far up north ingame? (Just below the border line)

How do I fix this without deleting my character or killing myself?

I also have the same issue, however, im being teleported back to the last point i saved.I too have no control of the character and killing the app is the only solution.
