There should be a more "in depth" description/name for ammo, or at least for the 7.62 mm because there exist a few different cartridges using this calibre.

1.) 7.62x54 R the round the Mosin/SVD uses
2.) 7.62x39 the AK-47 round
3.) 7.62x51 NATO used by a ton of western guns

Right now it would not do much, but later in the game it is a must to specify exactly what kind of ammo you just looted and furthermore implementing this should be a matter of second rather than minutes, because it is just a little text
