I get this in a specific house (see screenshots), I have found one of these houses in Kamenka but presume that they exist in various places.

Essentially, when you go upstairs, you get prompts appear on the screen to open/close doors, but these seem to be for the rooms downstairs? As the rooms upstairs do not open. Either that or the door opening/closing is broken for the upper floor of this structure.
