Coming down from ladder causes fall death.

Description

When coming down from certain ladders, the player will attempt to mount them, then be thrown off the ladder to his/her death, and momentarily appear to have mounted the ladder, then get the "You have died" death message.

Steps To Reproduce

Climb to top of ladder on Firestation tower, and attempt to climb down. Repeat process until death occurs.

Unfortunately, the problem regarding climbing the ladders is a known issue that has previously been reported.
