When i drop some items on the ground, they disapear and I must wait 10-15 seconds to they spawn .

Confirmed. This seems to be due to server lag. Also happens when crafting and waiting for the new item to appear in your inventory.

I get this sometimes as well, it is definitely not to do with lag between client and server as other responses and ping are very decent. Server lag as stated by the previous commenter seems a potential culprit.

Happens all the time for me, have had stuff disappear entirely on sketchy ground (raised floor, slopes) as well.

This happens to me all the time, and it can take up to a full minute for it to show on the ground.
