I have not maxed out the settings so I usally use

low to mid settings

(CPU: i5-3750K @ 3,8 ghz and ATI HD 7870)

The fps lowers to 25-30 in cities and on the landscape it CAN be 50-60

It is very hard to see people and details while moving the camera with 30 fps in the city. Too many objects.
