I was knocked unconscious by a zombie and my friend gave my a saline IV. My character regained consciousness but was unable to stand up. I could only move my head and look around. I had to relog to correct this issue.

I also experienced a couple of other bugs when this happened. While unconscious my body was sliding down the street and clipping through walls.
