Hearing loud zombie sounds. No zombies in sight. Receive blows and start to bleed, then knocked unconscious.
Zombies seem unable to move, as I would only be hit when standing in certain locations.

Go to any densely housed area and stand where a zombie would spawn

Occurred only on one server. Swapped server and zombies were visible and mobile again.
