When I first started playing the other day and I tried placing a pistol in the hot key tab and also placing it in my inventory the white outline would stay there and I could not place items in that hot key.

Steps To Reproduce
Place item in hot key area without placing it in your inventory the item outline will stay there.
Additional Information
You shouldn't have a white outline or a spot taken up if the item fails to be placed in your bag or person it should just say you don't have room
