This happened to me yesterday. I pressed hot key "1" to put my flashlight away and then pressed one again to bring it back up. All of a sudden the animation was stuck having my character repeatedly make the shoulder movement of putting it away and in making my torso do some weird dance.

Random occurrences. Flashlight was in hands and then hot keyed to "1" I pressed 1 to put away flashlight and pressed 1 to bring it out and this happened. It was stuck in animation.
