On occasion when clicking on a ladder to descend my character does a running animation and jumps off the building upon landing on the ground he appears back to the ladder stood on it normally at the top, then a second later the death screen appears.

Happened around four times to me its always been the fire station, once in cherno twice in electro and today once at NWAF (fully geared was rather pissed lol)

Can confirm. I got a gun and some ammo and tried to go down the ladder. Instead of climbing down, my character decided to vault off the top of the tower and he died.

This is a duplicate report and/or the developers are already aware of this bug/problem.
