Exactly as the summary says, while on the ATC Tower, I pressed F from a crouched stance while holding an FNX to descend a ladder, and my survivor took off running and died, while in the ladder climbing anim.

Haven't tried to reproduce, but try to descend a ladder from the crouched position.
