My friend got unconscious and I tried to give him a blood bag. But there is a bug when someone goes unconscious and was running he is still running in place repeatidly. I gave him a bloodbag and duplicated item is dropping on the ground. I don't know if it's the same when the person is not unconscious but is running.

Steps To Reproduce
- Try to give a bloodbag to the other person when he/she is running.
- Then the text like "Person was moving so the IV starter kit dropped" should appear.
- Duplicated item should be somewhere on the ground and you should have one in your inventory.
Additional Information
I have chosen the random option because i'm not sure if it's working when the person is running and is not unconscious.
