First, Bios is up to date, Nvidia Drivers are up to date beta drivers.
Running around any city I get random fps drops for a quick second, then back to normal. Ever so often my PC will just lock up and then BSoD. Does not happen when playing WoW, CS or DayZ Mod.

To solve your problem we need dxdiag and all files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"
Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere please?

Do you have overclocked your hardware? It could be problem by overclocking, turn off this, it can solved your problem.
