FPS freezing every few minutes

Description

Ever since 19th December 2013 I've been getting major fps drops/freezing every few minutes or so when on a previous day it was fine. I'm not sure if this was caused by a patch that came on the 18th.

My specs:
i7 4770k@4.2GHz
GTX 770 with some overclocking
16GB RAM
Installed on SSD

My fps is around 40 in cities and 60-100+ in the wilderness, however no matter where I am every few minutes the game just freezes up.

I've tried a lot of variations with video settings and I still have the issue.

I think its related to clouds, have you tried to disable clouds?

Please let us know in note section if you are still able to reproduce this issue in latest Development build.

If so, please send us dxdiag and files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"

Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere?
When the *.rar will be smaller than 5.000KB, you can attach it here.
