So, I had this happen on the ATC tower in Bolota. I was with my mate and he was about to climb down off the very top, he noticed that before getting on the ladder his character ran and almost hit the ground, but before he hit the ground his character showed up on the ladder and he got down. I went next to the ladder, scrolled, ladder get down, and then my character ran off and hit the ground, then snapped on the ladder on my screen. And I got the "You Are Dead" screen.

Steps To Reproduce
I haven't done it again because I can't really find an empty server to do it in at the moment. But what happens is you scroll, climb down ladder, and you can probably see the problem that occurs, I have no idea if this is just the ATC tower or if it's the ladder itself, so try it on buildings that have a ladder going up and down the side, I haven't ran into this bug on the Green Mountain ladder but it's enclosed.
