After having a brief run around Chernogorsk (Killed my first player, he ran at me with a shovel and missed, I knocked his block off with a fire axe) I decided to trek up to the new apartments north of Cherno in Dubky. Noticing that there were no stairs in this apartment, I somehow ended up on a ladder and climbed up to about halfway up.
'This is a nice place to make a base', I thought to myself, so I proceeded to give myself a self-guided tour, went to look outside on the balcony and much to my surprise, the railings didn't stop me.
