Desync then disconnect every time I join a server
New, WishlistPublic

Description

I've tried this on multiple servers. I join a server, load in, then all of a sudden I get red desync. I can open doors and interact for a few seconds but the desync is still there. After a minute of two the desync goes away and I can move around but cant interact with stuff. The desync icon goes away at this point, but then comes back in a few minutes, followed by a "No Message Received for _ Seconds" message, shortly after which I am disconnected from the server.

Same happens too me every 5-10 minutes since build 113772. So connection chain thing goes yellow then red ... No message since blablabla .... Connection lost ! Rejoin sever again ... Progress from last 1-2 minute are lost ....That's annoying ... Ok it's alpha but it breaks the immersion heavily.

Yeah it kinda sucks though, because the game is unplayable with this issue because it ends with dc and its close to impossible to make progress. But I understand though since its Alpha. I'm still not sure if this is server side or something on my side. Are there any ports that need to be forwarded? Either that or it may have something to do with firewall if its not server side.

Problem has been resolved!
Turns out it was my router. I have a Belkin F9K1002v5 (01B).
I had to go into the router dashboard through my browser > Firewall settings > disable. My router restarted and I am no longer having these problems. :D Looks like it WAS the firewall in the end.

After fiddling around I cam too my opinion this is a server side problem. Often when I play with friends the got the desync in the same time like me. Since the new version 822 it's better !
