If you walk in certain areas in the 2nd floor in Elektro's hospital, its possible to fall through the floor into a room you're not normally allowed in. Once you are here, you cannot get out, you can't commit suicide and you can't respawn.

Go to Elektro hospital, walk around 2nd floor rooms by walls until you fall through floor.

You need to install an "unstuck" button or "suicide"
