Steps To Reproduce
Simply run and jump at the door on the right of the jail cell, you'll glitch through. If you run at the door from the other side you can get back into the building.
Additional Information
You may need to have your torch out but holstered, after testing this bug a few times I found that I was stuck without my torch.
