If you use the hot bar while standing still you can't move while either equipping or putting it away, and If you do it while moving It'll keep you moving till the animation is finished. It also bugs/glitches when putting a hatchet on your bad, it will put it on your back then for a sit second appear back in your hand then on your back again.
