When i alt-tab the game and click back on it again it takes atleast 10 seconds to start te game back up. I don't have this issue on the mod or Arma 2/3, or other games. Even when i change my video settings and the screen turns black to apply those settings , it takes another 10+ seconds to get back in the game. (For almost every option) It is really buggy and i just wanted to report this, does anyone have this annoying issue too?
