I once (im new to game) activated or it activated itself , the in game text on screen saying "you have no new messages" with countdown(or something like that) in Red color in the middle of screen . I was About to kill myself to respawn somwhere else, so i jumped off a 4 floor tall building and took no damage.

There is a possibility that all it was me pressing "V" before running down the edge (but there was no animation of any sort, just flat out landing)
