The new apartment buildings and skyscrapers in Cherno seem to be a bit bugged. I searched two four story buildings with three apartments on each floor. I only found one piece of clothing in each building and nothing else. The ladder that leads to the roof from the inside of the building is bugged as well. When climbing it the character falls when he reaches the top. This often results in you breaking your legs. The skyscrapers also appear to have limited loot and the rubble you must climb over is bugged on the way down. I tried stepping over it and I jumped over it and through the wall and fell to my death.
