If you pick up and equip any pair of gloves in the game your skin color (assuming you're not white) will change for ONLY the exposed portion of your arms. For example, playing a black male with a normal shirt on that equips gloves, his skin color on his face/neck will be black but when he puts on gloves then the exposed part of his arms/forearms will default to being white while his head still remains black.
