This bug is rather annoying... and most don't realize it's happening... But what happens is EVERYONE can hear it, and like whats happening now is they are AFK but still broadcasting....

Steps To Reproduce

Hold VOIP button while loading into the Server (IE Caps Lock) and once in server it'll say Direct chat in the corner, But will in fact be broadcasting over Global

happend to me yesterday on eu-01 exp/regular
two guys were spamming on global, talking stuff like "get off my airfield", "i see you french people", "i'll kill you bastards" and stuff like that. also they seem to use a voice changer.
one of them also typed some messages, but i was to late to write the name down.
